Central Financial Control - Not responding to Request for Debt Validations

Hello,

I have an unpaid medical bill that is currently in collections with Central Financial Control. I have sent them three different letters requesting validation of the stated debt with the last correspondence being sent via certified mail. However, I have not received any response from them. What would be the appropriate next steps for resolving this situation? My goal is to obtain validation of the debt and then to send a PFD letter. However, I can't advance the situation if I don't hear back from them with validation of the debt.

Thank you for your input in advance.

They dont have to respond to DV's unless it was within the first 30 days of contact, unless you live in texas.  If youre sure the debt is yours you can just cut straight to PFD.
