Ch. 7 BK fall off = Point Bump?

Two quick questions, I have a Chapter 7 BK that was filed in 12/02 and discharged in 4/03, first, when should it fall off my reports, and secondly, will I see a score increase?

Starting Score: EQ-592 TU-606
Current Score: EQ-728 TU-730
Goal Score: 725

Chap 7 should drop off after 10 years...not score about bump......

I think it falls off 10 years from the filing date but I will defer to others that are certain
