Chances of reinstatement?

I had a Bank of America AMEX that went 90 days late. BOA closed the account in June 2009. The balance was $1300, but has been PIF. What are the chances of them reinstating the account? They continue to report every month, and I could use the extra $1000 CL on my util.

Hard question to answer.  You will have to call and find out.

I have seen some get turned down and others accepted.  Not necessarily with BoA, just CCs in general.
