Charge off and collections for one account

Hi Gurus,

I used to have Patelco Credit Union credit card and it went to charge off in 2009 and then went tocollections(TCM Finance) compnay.These both used to report to Experian.I did a settlement and pay for delete TCM Finance collections.They deleted it,But the OC is still reporting FAIL TO PAY in credit report.What I am suppose to do any advice.

Give them the documentation and they will update their TL accordingly.
