Based on the account history, it would appear your first late was Mar 2007.  I would say that would also be your DoFD.  So somewhere between Mar 2014 and Sep 2014 it would be excluded.

Also, looking at just the TL and not the payment or account history, it doesn't say anywhere it was a CO.  It hasn't updated since 2008 so I would leave it alone and see what happens in Mar 2014.

ok i will to try and mess with it too much. i thought it was an charge off on the bottom since 2007. But if its one more year i have to wait to get that off i can wait. i got the 3 cash back cards i wanted to, hopefully once that falls off maybe i can get better apr or CL ?
