Charge off payment question

If I try and negotiate a payment in full for a charged off account and I know the oc (first premier) won't delete; what status should I at least ask them to mark it as? Closed at consumer request? Closed pay as agrees? Any thoughts?

You can ask them to change it to closed/paid in full ~ also you can ask them to delete the prior charge~off / late payments but YMMV on whether they'll do it.    

Your FICO score will take a hit for the late payments/chargeoff and also for any notation of settled/paid for less than full amount.
