The Advanta is not showing up in a collection agency. The confusing part is like i mentioned Advanta was shut down in 2010 and this company is acting as the OC from what I understand looking at my report.

I tried to stay under the radar and a week before the SOL kicked in they submitted the documents to the courts. We have a well known attorney here that has basicially wrote the book on sending CA to go take a hike.
Hmmm, where you located, i may need his number some day....
I'm in the South Florida area but I know he has handles cases out of state. Not sure where else he is licensed ro practice law.
