Charge off with balance?

I have a OC showing a charge off, but still showing a full balance as well.. is this right? Im pretty sure it went to collections years ago, but yet they still show a balance?

IIRC, they can still report a balance if they still own the debt.  If it was sold to a collection agency it should be reporting as $0.  Even if it went to collections, I believe it is possible for them to recall the debt.
