Charge off

I have a credit card that went into default and was charged off in May 2011 from Wells Fargo. It doesnt show as a collection on my report but shows under revolving account.

I was sued for this debt by Locate Sources earlier this year and I currently am on a payment plan through the attorney office. What procedure do I follow in order to get this removed or do I have to wait till it falls off my report?

Does charge off credit cards with balances affect utilization?

You can send them a goodwill letter after you pay it off and see if they will remove it. I don't think they will remove it until it's paid off

A CO does factor in with utilization if a balance is being reported.
