Chargeoffs

How should Chargeoffs be handled? like GW's? or PFD's?

Rebuilding and Reducing Debt, is my game plan.

Re: Chargeoffs

Several factors effect the handling of charged-off debts, such as:

Is the debt paid, and if unpaid, does the creditor still own it, and has the statute of limitations expired?

Has a debt collector reported a collection?

Depends on whether the CO has been sold to a JDB or not. Is the CO still reporting a balance?

In that case the CO would be handled with GW requests.
