Has anyone had any luck with a GW letter sent to Chase Auto. I had an auto loan in 2007 through Chase. The loan is paid in full in fact the car was handed down to my oldest daughter. The account shows numerous 30 day lates and a few 60 day lates. It is not one of my older accounts for my history date backs 18 years. I would like to just have account removed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
