I have a settled for less thn full amount charge off from Chase. I tried the GW route twice (sent to executive office) and received less than friendly responses. As a matter of fact, one rep basically told me if I had paid in full, they would have deleted the account from my profile. Because I didn't, it stays. Does anyone have a Chase email address to send GW emails? One with proven success would be even better! Thanks everyone.
