Well, the d r e a d e d Midland ended up on my boyfriend's credit report. It's for a charged off credit card from Chase and I want him to contact Chase to see if theres any chance he can pay them instead of Midland. I know most likely that will not happen, but worth a shot!
I have the regular phone number for Chase that I got off the website (800-432-3117) but I'm wondering if theres a better number to use?

I've spoken to Chase directly and they wouldn't take my offer to pay my original amount to them. They referred me back to Midland.

Hi Rain, could you PM me as well? I have 2 charge-offs that were sold to midland before I filed my ch13 and have been unsuccussful at getting the lines removed over the phone with them
