I sent a GW Letter to chase and I got a response through email saying they have found a resolution to my request but that I would have to wait and receive it in the mail (snail mail).

I refreshed my credit report today and its gone!!!! Thanks guys for the help and the info!

Now only 3 more to go!

Currently have 2 Collections Reporting as Paid
1 30 days late on an old CC from 06 Paid and Closed
Two Capital One CC's Both 300.00 Limit, Both under 10%
1 Amazon Store Card 400.00 Limit 50%
1 Orchard Bank CC 300.00 Limit under 5%
Current Score : EQ Fico 586 TU Fico 620
Goal : 700

It must be the week of redemption with Chase... I got a GW removal from Chase this week too! YEAH US!!

Hi

I also have a 2 month old 30 day late on a 6 yr old chase account. I accidently made payment on another account twice and was 30 days late for the chase payment. I paid off more than half the balance when I noticed this and the account is current now.

But I cannot get the customer service reps to delete the 30 day late as a GW over the phone. Can anyone PM me the email address/snail mail address to send the GW letter to? I have to get a mortgage and this is going to pose a big hurdle. (a generic copy of the GW used by any of you that was successful will be immensely helpful)
