Chase GW Success?

I PIF my chase card today. How long should I wait? The chase Rep said they would send me a letter that says PIF W/zero balance. I will still have some lates should i ask for a gw or deletion? Any info is greatly appreciated.

You can ask right away.  If that department says they cannot delete, contact Chase Exec Offices
