Welcome to the forums!! I just pm'd you the address I used that was successful for Chase. Check for the yellow envelope on the top right.
Search this forum for the "goodwill (GW)" letter and you can tweak it to your own situation as I did. I only changed maybe 3 sentences and added a 4th.
This worked on a closed paid off account so you have a good chance. Good luck and you have come to the right place!!
