This makes me optimistic. I sent a letter this week, hoping that the fact it is due to fall off in October of this year would make them feel generous. :-P
I emailed again with a different request (to have the account deleted and I'm getting the same call from that ms fox woman) Probably the same result

I know this is an older thread, but can someone please PM the contact info for this chase rep? I have one 30 day late that I'm desperately trying to get off, but I was denied by the first Chase rep I spoke to.
I have only ONE late due to an annual fee coming through on a zero balance Chase card. AND I do paperless billing so since I knew I didnt have a balance it all got lost in the cracks. One late ding on my credit for a charge of less than $100!
I tried the phone approach but was told NO that they cannot remove info. Ugh. I have written a letter and dont know where to send it.
ALSO if someone would be willing to PM the email info I would be most appreciative.
