Hello everyone,
I would really benefit from having late payment (90+ days) removed from an old Chase credit card. The card was closed in 2009.
I have read about a lot of people having success with emails to Chase, and I would greatly appreciate if someone could PM me an email address for this, or any other suggestions about the best way to do this. I have been sending goodwill letters via snail mail for months and have had little success with other companies.
Thanks!!
Sent you a PM
When I send out GWs, I send in both forms to multiple contacts. Having success with both methods. Have had multiple deletions in the past couple of weeks, even a two with direct disputes to the CRAs themselves.

There is no defined way to success. Chase is a huge bank, and a huge corporation. Emails, snail mail, faxes, morse code. Whatever you need to do to get the GW in the right persons hand is what you need to be doing! I would go for every approach short of a carrier pigeon.

I had success with a Chase GW via email. I sent the email at 2pm and received a call at 12 pm the next day stating that they would delete the item for me.
Good luck!
Can you please pm me the email addy you used? Greatly appreciated!
Many, many thanks!
