Hi Gurus,
I am new to this form and read lot of conversation and send the mail to CEO of Chase bank. Yesterday I got a call from executive office of chase and she said after reviewing the account. We are declined your offer to delete your file. We are reporting correctly to credit Bureaus.
What next I have to do wait for 3 more years to get delete automatically. Please Advice.
Thanks.

Hmmm, may be Chase is all out of GW's. The email to the CEO was handed down to the the right person, so I say the email was fine. I think most of us that did recieve GW emailed the CEO or the sent correspondence to the Executive office. The only way Chase will delete is if the account was PIF, no settlement. I believe even if it went to a CA and was PIF they still delete.

that's what I had read; I sent emails to several executives, and received a phone call from a lower level assistant who said they couldn't do anything. I didn't settle--I paid in full; just wanted it gone or reporting zero!
