Chase Said NO on GW...Should I Keep Trying

Once upon a time 3 years ago, I had a 30 day late payment on my auto loan with Chase. I have since never been late but was denied by Chase when I asked if they'd do a GW removal on the late payment.

Should I try again? Drop it?
