Chase and Citibank charg off

Hi first of all i do have good credit so far its The one asking for help its my husband he has a charge off from chase and a charge off from Citibank he never pay them back and now. We want to buy a house and we want to pay all debt down so we can get approve it for one The chase charge off was 6500 and the Citibank like 3000 and 1500. All off them where really old debts so they just disappear off the 3 credit bureaus like 2 weeks ago. But we don't want them to reaper or a collection we just don't know what to do about it. Any. Advice would be greatly appreciate it

If they fell off because the 7-7.5 yr CRTP has been reached, then they will not reappear.

+1  If they fell off due to the CRTP expiring they can't be added back on.  That doesn't however stop anyone from trying to collect on them.  It just means they can't put it on your CR anymore.
