Chase foreclosure settlement-How to get it off my CR?

I received a settlement due to wrongful foreclosure last year. Has anyone else gotten this, and were able to get it deleted from their CR?

Do I stand a chance?

I dont see that deletion of the FC is required under this settlement but it doesnt mean you cant try to get it removed by good will. You might reference this settlement in your goodwill request. I would send the letter directly to the office of the CEO.  Good luck
