Chase partial GW sucesss/Next course of Action?

I sent GW emails to chase executives, Today I recieved a call from credit card executive rep saying that he would delete three of the cc accounts that I paid off. I still have another that I feel behind on mainly because I didnt revieve statements and didnt realize it until too late. He said they have to keep reporting that. I recely paid it down $459.00 but still have 1500 more to go. My main problem now is a CO installment loan from them. The credit card rep said he couldnt help me with that and transfered me to the loan rep. She was not as helpful and I couldnt get her to make any adjustment to the CO. I am really need to get an auto loan but am having no progress. I have got current on all accounts but I have to wait until chase updates for it to show. Also I have apprx $3000 I am planning to use on a auto downpayment would it be better to pay of my cc I have a 5800.00 balance on a 6900 limit. I think I also had sucess with capitial one they were reporting 150 days late to experian, but the other 2 CA says paid as agrred. I call executive customer service number I googled an was able to get someone to agree that there was a mistake. I am still waiting on HSBC the executive rep said he will work on it and get back to me.

Re: Chase partial GW sucesss/Next course of Action?

Hi and welcome to the forums.

I would use the money to pay down my CC.  You are at 85% utilization and it is killing your score.

Congrats on the successes you have had.
