I call Chase customer service and they gave me the fax for Credit Bureau Disputes. I advised that I am not disputing the validity of the lates just asking for them to be removed. I was told that is still the department to send my GW letter. Well today I got a "sorry but I cant help you" letter. Should I direct a GW to a different department or should I hound this rep?
