I have a letter from Chase dated Feb. 9th 2012 stating they would delete the account.
As of today, its still on all three credit reports.
Any idea on how long it should take to come off?
Thanks in advance!

I would think that it should be gone soon ~ if it is still there after a month you might want to check with them to see what is going on.
The FCRA only sets timeliness of reporting requirements for the correction or deletion of information found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
Voluntary deletions have no timeliness requirement, and for that matter, no actual deletion requirement.
It is up to the creditor.
Terrie1997,
That's great thata Chase has agreed to delete the account. Would you be willing to share (PM) the address/e-mail you used to accomplish that?
much obliged.
