Checking CR

Good evening board,

Will checking your CR (ex: FACR) let CA, know you're checking things and maybe want to come after you? Silly question, I know.

Re: Checking CR

When you pull your own credit report, it is coded by the CRA as a soft inquiry.

The definition of a soft inquiry is that it is not viewable to anyone other than the named consumer.

Thus, other parties will not know if/when you are pulling your own report.
