I checked my annual report on Equifax. In the report from Chevy Chase Bank, I owe $354. the DOFD is dated Feb 2007. So Im asking what is the SOL for that in Virginia?

I am not sure why the SOL is of your major concern.

If the DOFD is 2/007, it will remain in your CR until  2014, regardless of VA SOL,.

Expiration of state SOL has nothing to do with credit reporting.  SOL is only a legal defense for non-enfoceabilty of a debt in court.

PFD Chevy Chase, and focus on getting it off your CR,

Check the state resources for VA in the stickied threads at the top of the forum to figure out how long you can be sued for this debt.

OP, definitely go after this one. CapOne acquired Chevy Chase Bank and CapOne never accepts PFDs.
