Citi Secured Mastercard

As I have in the past, I was reading the Citi Secured Mastercard app and notice that it no longer says that you must not have had any bankruptcy, write-off, or negative account history for the past two years. It only states that you must not have bankruptcy history in the last 2 years. Does anyone know if they have relaxed their standards for approval? Is there anyone who has been successful with getting the card as a rebuilder instead of just "to build credit."

I am looking at different options for secured cards to help with rebuilding my low scores as you see below. I've already begun working on PFDs and paying down debt. Thanks for any input.

I have the app saved on my computer and this is what is says:

You must be at least 18 years of age. If you are married, you may apply for a separate account.
Citibank, N.A. (“we” or “us”) is the issuer of your account. You must not have any bankruptcy
history within the last two years.

So it does seem like they are lightening up some Smiley Happy
