Citi turned GW into dispute

I have "settled for less " citicard acct that I sent a GW letter to. I pulled my CR and it says dispute. Should I call citi and explain it's not a dispute or let it ride and see what happens?

I'm in credit repair mode. Hoping to apply for mortgage next year.

While not accurate, it's not unusual to see this.  I would wait 30-45 days to see what if anything happens.  If after that time nothing happens, you should call CITI and explain to them you are not disputing and to remove those comments from the TL.
