Tried calling the backdoor number for Citibank EO and was told that the number was only for their CC division but he put me in contact with another person who was part of student loans. That person then was very nice and took my info then requested an hour to go over my file before calling me back. She called back and said that my acct wasn't something her department dealt with and that she passed my name along to get the right person.
Is there anyone here who has an email, phone number or even mail address for who that right person is? I had a student loan default to collections years ago but I made a payment agreement for three years and then paid a settlement three months ago to close the account.
