City Taxes

i havent paid city taxes in about a year or 2 becuase they were small amounts, would they turn into collections?..... and how do i find out what i owe?

What state?  Call the tax assessors office.

I would be more worried about a tax lien instead of a collections.

I am located in MI... so i should call the tax assesors office?

I would.  A tax lien is the last thing you want.  Also, depending on your state, they can suspend your DL license, etc, until they are paid.
