Closed account still showing open

I have a closed installment account (old auto lease) still showing as open.  It doesn't appear to have an affect on the debt to credit ratio, but does show the old payment.  This TL has a perfect history and should have been closed in '07.

Any idea if its having a negative effect?

Nope.  Probably has a positive effect.  Does it show a balance of 0?  Worst case is you have to explain it in a manual review, but if the balance is 0 no worries.
