Closed revolving accts part of total utl?

I am trying to add up what my total utilization is based on total limits on my revolving accounts. I'm confused about whether or not closed accounts are factored into this number as well. I have read that the balance on a charged off account that is still listed in my revolving accounts does count toward my UTL but what about an old store charge card that I close myself about 4 years ago? Its still listed on my report but has a zero balance. Does the credit limit on that card count as part of my total available credit? I hope my question makes sense. I'm rather confused. Help?

Only open accounts factor in for credit limit, AFAIK. All revolving balances, open, closed and charged off factor in UTI%.
