Last week by loan officer pull my scores and told me it would take about 3- 6 mos to qualify for a mortgage. I was disappointed, because I hoping I would be able to qualify for a house by now, Looks like I have to push my deadline further back. I asked him if he could do a soft pull, he said no. Since I had 2 collections and all of my 2011 inquiries on TU deleted , I asked him to pull them again, today. I'm so happy he did. I'm one step closer to my dream.

Congrats!!

How did you get all of your inquiries deleted?? I've racked up about 20 hard inquiries over the last month trying to get a dang auto loan and would love to get those removed! I didn't know you can get inquiries deleted. How do you do that?

I believe inquiries stay on your report for 2 years. These inquiries were from 2011 and TU deleted all of them. I'm not sure about EQ and EX.
