Can you request for a dispute to be closed while it's still pending? I called yesterday & was told it would be done, I spoke to an American. Called today & got a foreigner who said it couldn't be done but sounded as if she was reading from a script. I had disputed the balances on two credit cards b/c HSBC as usual was taken forever to update my new balance ( I now regret this & will never do it again). The funny thing is, is that when I logged onto my husbands cr the dispute notations are gone for him & he's the authorized user on the accounts but they're still on mine. Has anyone trying to close a dispute before?
