Just seems odd that there always seems to be some governing body overseeing everything these days!!!! How comes the CRA don't have the power or authority to make the adjustments?

I think the whole system is antiquated, unfair, and needs to be tore down and rebuilt. 

February 2012: 480 across the board (before I found this site and started working on my scores)
