Collection Agency I never heard of hard pulled my credit???

I just got an alert that a company called messerli&kramer which is a collection agency hard pulled my credit.   I have never heard of them.  What are they doing and what steps should I take to get this deleted?  Should I contact them?

I would dispute and your reason is you never requested it.

This is a law firm acting as a collection agency?

I asked a represenative from experian if a collection agency was allowed to pull my credit report and she stated yes. If they are trying to collect a debt they can legally pull it without your authorization.
