Collection Agency (Lawyer) Hard Inquires every 3-4 months?

I have a collection agency submitting hard inquiries on my credit report every 3-4 months. Is this legal?

How should I handle getting them removed?

If they hold a debt you owe they have PP for a HP.  One every 3 - 4 months is not excessive,.

I agree, it's a tactic they use, but it's not a violation.  3-4 times a week would be.  Smiley Happy

More specifically it's from a Civil Judgement. Still legal even after the judgement?

I guess they're doing it so I call them.

Is the judgment paid?  If not, they are looking at your CR to find out if you have the ability to pay.
