Collection Vs. Judgement

Hello All,

I have a couple judgments on my CR and the items that led to the judgement are still be reported as deragatory. What is the law or rule in regards to this. A judgment is bad enough but my credit score is taking a double hit for the judgment and collection when it is for the same thing. Please someone help!

To my knowledge the collection and judgment can both appear, as well as the OC.

Yeah thats normal, thats why its best to avoid judgments at all cost! You can try a GW to the CA and OC, cant hurt..
