Is there any way you could PM me the info as well?   Midland is reporting as a factoring company and I'm not sure they should be.  Thank you so much!!

I know this an old thread but I'm having the same issue with an collection agency and I'm in desperate nehelp of help. Can you please PM the letter you sent so I can use as a reference.

Please also I know mine are reporting wrong and updating a collection account from an old Charge off I been disputing I checked my old credit I pulled 3 months ago and status changed from closed account to open status D-unpaid it reads now . Is that a valuation ? Can they do that ? And the OC updated when it was resent a charge off trans/sold and also in report last payment status date changed .i never paid to re age the status I'm I correct ,
