Collection agency question

I have tried good wills several times to get a 25.00 paid collection removed. It is for a power company. Can I call them and see if they will ask the collection agency to delete it?

Sure, you can call and ask for their assistance, but a debt collector is not obligated to delete based on payment, and the creditor has no authority to compel a debt collector to delete their reporting.  As long as the debt collector had legitimate collection authority, they can report their collection effort, which is unrelated to your activiites under the OC account.
