I received a deletion in response to my DV that I sent about my Charter collection. I am not sure who your CA is but mine was CMI. I sent a very simple and to the point letter stating that I did not believe that the debt was correct and asking for verification. I sent the DV CMRRR last Monday and received a response in the mail on Saturday.
