Collection deleted!!!! Yay! TU went up 40 points

I was able to PFD a collection and it was removed from TU today... My score went to 675.
Can't believe it.

I don't know if I believe it. TU site has me at 675 - myfico is 594.

I have two more charge offs and I tax lien to get removed then all derogs except for late payments on mortgage from 2011 will be gone.
I'm gonna try sending some GW letters to Wells for mortgage lates.

I wish you well with Well Fargo lates. They are hard. I have 6 lates from 2013 & 2014 that I have goodwilled them on numerous times. But nothing yet. Good luck. Don't give up on the first no.

Tax lien is from 2010- I have a payment plan in place. I'm hoping they will withdraw it. I have three others but they r released.

Transunion uses Vantage 3.0.. Different than FICO.

if you have the IRS use an auto debit for the monthly tax payment plan for three months, you can file IRS Form 12277 and the IRS might remove the tax lien from the public records and your credit report...
