Collection not reporting to all 3 bureaus

If a collection account is not reporting to all 3 bureaus, can I get it removed from the bureaus that it is reporting to? Or do I risk them adding it to the 3rd credit bureau?

There is no requirment that a debt collector report to any or more than one CRA.

It is not basis for pursuing deletion of their chosen reporting to only one CRA.
