No the CA does not have to delete The OC also doesnt have to do further business with them. If everyone just followed the letter of every rule there would be no innovation in the world. The world is grey not black and white. IMO we would all be waiting like most people for lates or deliquencies to fall off in 7 years plus 180 days instead of thinking outside of the box. The PFD with the CA leaves OP in same position if they dont give goodwill deletion. However the OC is saying that will ask the CA to remove. It might not happen but chances are it will be deleted.
