That is good.  Sometimes, as stated, you won't always see a bump until the last one is gone.  Then you will be rebucketed which is a good thing.

I might have to suck it up and just pay them off instead of making payments to the remaining ones.  Its so frustrating to not see an increase.

My score on here dropped from 630 to 585 when I started making payments on them

If they hadn't updated in a long time that can happen.  When they are removed your score will go up.

YMMV but I've found medical collections easier to get removed by GW.  Good luck!
