I have 2 potentially negative items left on my credit report. Both are charge offs. One is HSBC which has an OK date of 10/08 and hasn't been reported since. I'm pretty sure I paid the CA on this. The other charge off is Key Bank, which was "OK" as of Dec 2011. It was sold to another CA which I paid to not report.
My question is, what are my options here? Do I bother sending a DV? Do i GW instead? I doubt GW would even work with either account since I fell behind 120+ days on many occasions.

You wouldn't DV. You're only real option is to GW. Since you have paid the debts, you might have some luck. Just try, try, try again. Congrats on getting the collections off!!!
