Comenity Bank

Does anyone have or know where I can get the EO adress or email for Comenity Bank. I have three charge off accounts that I have that are still reporting balances but I have paid them off. Regular customer service gives the normal blah, blah response even though I have supplied proof that u have paid them. I want to send the EO a letter to see if I can get these removed from my report.
