It is reporting at a 0 balance, chargeoff.

Are you saying I can dispute the HSBC tradelines even though they are legitimately the OC?

No. Dispute the PRA tradelines to get them removed.

Oh - they are not on my reports.  They deleted off a few years ago and gave me a letter (in one of my boxes, I've moved since) saying they were not going to be reporting/collecting.

IF Portfolio owns the debt, they would pursue it.  Chances are excellent that it's been sold to another agency, OR eventually a Junk Buyer. 

 

Portfolio can't take away your birthday....remember thatSmiley Very Happy
