I've been looking for the past 2.5 hours for contact emails and I can't find a single one. I'm debating on sending the generic first.lastname@ company name. If anyone can help or point me in the right direction, I'd greatly appreciate it!!

Also, has anyone had any luck have lates removed from their CR? Hubby has (8) 30 day lates due to getting laid off 2 different times.

I have (11) 30 day lates all from 2011/early 2012 from when my parents passed away.   I was considering GWing them too, don't know if they would do anything but thought it was worth a try. Let me know if you find any contacts, I have not.

Can you PM me the info as well?  I have a single late from 2012 when we switched banks and my payment got caught up in the crossfire  I sent a GW for it and spoke with a rep yesterday who claims that Ally's policy is not to do GW adjustments.
